Indonesia isn’t typically the country you think of when you think ‘pizza’…and I’m a pretty big fan of a traditional Italian woodfired Margherita - So I wasn’t sure what to expect. (Have also had some less-than-amazing ones at restaurants in Bali)

Honestly, though - these guys are AMAZING!

Expectations were well and truly exceeded. Couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Anjas (our chef) was so sweet and friendly - and my goodness, does he know how to make a good pizza! He arrived with a super-organised set-up - just needed some bench space, and suddenly amazing pizzas started to appear.

Couldn’t believe how quickly they were ready, too. Guess that’s the difference a quality pizza oven makes - Takes me forever to make them at home!

Writing this review is making me hungry. We’ll definitely be back, next time we’re in Bali!
