We’re thrilled to announce that Bali Pizza Party will be participating in the Ubud Food Festival 2025!
This year’s theme of Heritage resonates deeply with our passion for bringing together the best of different culinary traditions. We’re bringing our unique fusion of Neapolitan and Indonesian flavors to the festival, along with our beloved chilli oil.
Celebrating Heritage Through Pizza
In honor of this year’s theme, we’ve created two special pizzas that we beleive beautifully blend the rich cultural and culinary heritage of both Italy and Indonesia:
Heritage Pizza
Our Heritage pizza is a celebration of Indonesia’s beloved rendang, reimagined on a Neapolitan-style base. We make our rich, dark rendang sauce from scratch using freshly pressed coconut milk and carefully toasted spices. The sauce is layered with lime-pickled onions and charred green chilli, finished with fresh coriander.
You can enjoy it with either:
- Traditional beef rendang paired with creamy stracciatella
- Plant-based jackfruit rendang with a cashew-coconut dollop (vegan)
Sambal Matah Pizza
Our Sambal Matah pizza brings together the best of Indonesian street food flavors. Golden fried tempeh and potato meet a vibrant raw sambal made with shallots, lemongrass, chilli, and coconut oil. The pizza is finished with toasted coconut, crispy shallots, and shaved kaffir lime leaf for an authentic Indonesian twist.
The Chilli Oil
We’re also excited to offer tastings and sales of our signature crispy Chilli Oil at the festival. This isn’t just any chilli oil—it’s a carefully crafted blend of oil, fiery chillies, aromatic cumin, Sichuan peppercorns, and other premium ingredients. Available in three heat levels:
- Pedes Banget: For the brave-hearted spice warriors
- Pedes: The perfect middle ground for everyday heat
- Yang Bule: A milder version with a bold attitude
