Terms and Conditions

We're dedicated to making your Bali Pizza Party unforgettable, and we go the extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly. To prepare for your event, we need to purchase stock and perishables in advance, which is why we request a deposit and full payment prior to your party.

While we strive to handle any unforeseen circumstances with flexibility — including rescheduling your event if necessary — there are some important terms and conditions you should be aware of to help us ensure the best possible experience for you and your guests.

Booking Confirmation

  • Your booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a 50% non-refundable deposit.

Payment Terms

  • The remaining balance of your invoice must be paid at least 3 days prior to your party start time.
  • If payment is not received by this deadline, we reserve the right to retain your deposit and cancel your party.

Cancellation Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • If, due to extenuating circumstances, you are unable to hold your party on the scheduled date, we will happily reschedule your party to a new date with at least 1 week notice.

Arrival and Setup

  • Our team always aims to arrive early to your event location to ensure your party starts on time. However, Bali's traffic can be unpredictable, and we cannot guarantee our exact arrival time. If delays occur, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Event Duration

  • Our standard service duration is 2 hours, starting from the agreed event time. Extensions may be accommodated for an additional fee, subject to availability.

Dietary Requirements and Allergens

  • While we strive to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Customers are responsible for notifying us of any dietary restrictions or allergies at the time of booking.

Customer Responsibilities

  • The customer is responsible for providing a suitable location for the event, including space for food preparation and serving. Any additional costs, such as permits or access fees, are the responsibility of the customer.

Damage and Liability

  • Bali Pizza Party will not be held liable for any damage to the venue or injuries caused during the event, except in cases of proven negligence by our staff.
  • Customers are responsible for any damages to our equipment caused by their guests.

Guest Numbers

  • Minimum adult requirements vary by package: Classic (12 adults), Specialty (10 adults), Premium (8 adults), or the equivalent as a minimum spend is required for all bookings.
  • Final guest numbers must be confirmed at least 3 days prior to the event start time.

Use of Promotions and Discounts

  • Only one promotional discount can be applied per booking.
  • Bookings using discounts may not be eligible for additional referral or loyalty benefits.

Unforeseen Circumstances

  • Bali Pizza Party reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances, including severe weather or safety concerns. In such cases, customers will be offered a reschedule or a refund of the deposit.

Final Decision

  • Bali Pizza Party reserves the right to decline any party for any reason.
  • We also reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.
