Our Referral Partner Program is designed for event planners, wedding organisers, villa managers, and other trusted professionals who want to offer something unforgettable to their clients — fresh, delicious pizza made on-site by our team. If you refer clients to Bali Pizza Party, you’ll receive commission on successful bookings. It’s our way of saying thank you for helping us spread the pizza joy.

What We Offer

We provide a fun and hassle-free all-you-can-eat pizza catering service for your clients. We come directly to the venue with our own oven, ingredients, and team. Guests can enjoy unlimited pizza for 2 hours, freshly made on the spot!

Commission Structure

Example:
20 adults book the Specialty package:
20 × Rp249.000 × 9% = Rp448,200 commission

Eligibility

• Referral partners must be approved by Bali Pizza Party to join the program.
• You must be a registered Indonesian business (PT) with an NPWP and provide a valid invoice for commission payments.
• To enrol in the program, please complete the registration form.

Commission Eligibility

• Commission applies to bookings of 20 adults or more.
• The initial enquiry must come from you. If a customer contacts us directly first, no commission will apply unless agreed in advance.
• Repeat bookings by the same customer will only be commissionable if referred by you again.
• Commission rates and tiers are detailed separately and confirmed in writing.

Payment Terms

• Commission is paid by bank transfer in Rupiah, within 48 hours of the event’s successful conclusion.
• Partners must not deduct commission from customer payments. The full invoice must be paid to Bali Pizza Party, and we will pay commission separately.
• If a refund is issued, any commission already paid must be returned. We will deduct this from the refund amount or request it be repaid directly to the guest.

Transparency

• If asked by the customer, we will be open about any commission paid as part of the referral.

Branding and Reselling

• Partners may not resell Bali Pizza Party packages at a higher price while using our name, branding, or promotional materials.
• If you’d like to bundle our service into a higher-priced package (e.g. including drinks or entertainment), you’re welcome to — but the event must not be branded as Bali Pizza Party, and you’ll be responsible for all customer communication (outside the pizza service itself).

Website Links

• As part of this program, we’ll include a link to your business on our website. In return, we ask that you also link to Bali Pizza Party on your website or partner list.

General Terms

• This program is non-exclusive — both parties are free to work with others.
• The program operates at the discretion of Bali Pizza Party. We reserve the right to update or amend these terms at any time, with written notice provided to registered partners.
• In the event of any dispute or disagreement, Bali Pizza Party will make the final decision, though we will always aim to resolve matters fairly and in good faith.
