Thanks for renting with Bali Pizza Party! You're on your way to making amazing pizza at your home or business. By renting an oven from us you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • Ooni Pizza Oven
  • Removable baking stone
  • Digital infra-red thermometer
  • Launch peel (used to slide the pizza into the oven)
  • Turning peel (used to turn the pizza while cooking)

  • Wooden cutting board
  • Gas regulator & hose
  • Oven Brush

Security Deposit

IDR 1.000.000 refundable security deposit is required to secure the booking.

You must return all items clean and free of food residue and in the same condition you received it.

  • arrow rightPlease inspect the equipment on delivery and report any issues immediately.
  • arrow rightThe deposit will be returned within 24 hours after all items have been checked and cleared.
  • arrow rightAny damage or missing items may reduce the refundable amount.
  • arrow rightRenters are liable for any damage or loss during the rental period, and repairs or replacement greater than the value of the deposit must be paid by the renter.

Rental Duration & Return

Standard rental is from 2 PM until 10 AM the next day unless otherwise agreed.

  • info Rental extensions are subject to availability. Please note the security deposit can not be used to extend the rental and payment is required at the time of confirming the extension.
  • warning Late returns may incur additional hourly charges of IDR 100.000 per hour.
  • warning Returning items (including pizza stone) dirty may incur cleaning charges of IDR 100.000.

Booking Requirements

To confirm your booking, we require:

  • Written acknowledgement of these terms
  • Full rental payment
  • IDR 1.000.000 refundable security deposit
  • A photo of your valid ID (KTP, SIM, or Passport)

Delivery

Delivery is not included in the rental fee. We can help coordinate delivery via GoJek app—fare to be covered by the renter, or pickup is available from our location in Canggu.

Bali traffic is unpredictable, so please allow extra time for delivery. We are not liable for any delays or damage caused during third-party transport.

Oven Usage & Your Responsibility

  • warning This is a high-heat cooking appliance—please handle with care and ensure it's used safely. Cracked or damaged pizza stones cost upwards of IDR 2.000.000 to replace
  • You are fully responsible for the oven and all equipment from the time of delivery until it is returned, including if transported by a third party.
  • child We recommend keeping children away from the oven while it is in use.
  • Do not use any cleaning products or water when cleaning the stone, especially do not try to "cool-down the stone faster" with water.
  • Cleaning instruction video is available on YouTube
  • We recommend using the oven in outdoor settings, or in a safe and ventilated space.
  • Do not leave the oven unattended while in use.
