Joseph Recycling continues the excellent work of diverting recyclable materials from landfills, but what really caught our attention is their commitment to using their profits to fund education programs. While we’re switching recycling partners, our commitment to sustainability remains stronger than ever. We continue to work with Urban Compost for all our organic waste, ensuring that food scraps and veggie peels are transformed into nutrient-rich compost for Bali’s farmers and gardeners.
We’re also proud to maintain our zero single-use plastic policy. At every event, we serve our delicious Napoli-style pizzas on rattan plates and banana leaves - traditional, beautiful, and completely plastic-free. This not only reduces waste but also adds an authentic Balinese touch to your dining experience.
Waste Reduction: Our Top Priority
The most important part of our sustainability strategy remains waste reduction. We carefully manage our stock levels, use data from previous events to minimize waste, and continue hosting our Tuesday pizza popup to use up leftover dough and ingredients before they spoil.
