How do you serve the pizza?

We share pizzas rather than taking individual orders — it's the fastest way to get everyone fed and let people taste a bit of everything. It's what we recommend, and it's included in every package:

• Buffet style — pizzas go out on a serving table and guests help themselves.
• Family style — we bring the pizzas to your tables to share.

Our chefs love taking requests on the night, too — whether it's a dietary need (vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, allergies) or just a personal craving, we'll happily make custom pizzas from the ingredients we've brought, at no extra cost. Just let us know about any dietary needs when you book so we come prepared.

If you've got a specific vision — like roaming servers with fresh slices, or made-to-order pizzas for each guest — we can sometimes arrange it, but it needs extra ovens and crew, so the cost depends on your event. In our experience made-to-order also means some guests end up waiting while others have a whole pizza to themselves, which is why we steer most parties toward sharing. Just ask and we'll work out what's possible.

Your own venue or service staff are also welcome to serve the pizzas.
