What equipment or setup do you need at the venue?

We're fully self-contained — we bring the pizza oven, prep tables, serving tables, ingredients, and all the utensils. All we need from you is a flat, safe outdoor area (about 3m × 3m) for the cooking station. If your venue has tricky access — narrow gates, steep stairs, security sign-in, permits — let us know ahead of time so we can plan.
