What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We plan in blocks rather than one party at a time — a single prep day often covers several events, and the team is booked out weeks ahead. So the closer we get to your date, the more of your party is already bought, prepped and paid for.

A 50% deposit confirms your booking and isn't refundable, and the balance is due 4 days before your event. If you need to move to another date: more than 2 weeks out, there's no charge; between 2 weeks and 1 week, it's IDR 500,000; inside the last week, it's 25% of your booking. Once a booking is paid in full it's non-refundable — and in the rare cases where we do agree to a refund, an administration fee of IDR 250,000 applies, plus any bank or card fees.

Where we can be flexible, we will be — just talk to us. It isn't always possible, but we'd much rather look at it than say no on principle.
