Balian is a long way west of our kitchen in Canggu, and Balian Prana Villa is one of the reasons we keep making the drive. We've cooked here for groups of a dozen and parties of thirty-five: we set up at the villa, make Napoli-style pizza in front of everyone for two hours, and clear it all away after.
