Labaraca is a charming and well-designed spot in Seminyak, with thoughtful details that make it feel welcoming and relaxed. The team are friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere sets the scene for a good meal.

The Margherita arrived looking fresh, with bright basil leaves and a nicely baked crust. It had a light crunch and gentle chew, though I would have loved a bit more puff. The edge had a touch of semolina that gave texture but slightly stood out.

The flavours were balanced and enjoyable. The sauce was mild but tasty, and the cheese melted smoothly into an even layer across the top. The combination of whole and shredded basil added colour and freshness.
