“More American cheese pizza than Margherita.”
Luigi's is a name a lot of people know in Bali, and I think it's overrated. The pizza is nice enough, but there's a lot of flour on the base, and the crust isn't puffy and is a bit chewy.
The sauce is average, without much richness or flavour, and there's too much cheese for it. It's pretty basic.
On reflection, it's closer to an American-style cheese pizza than a traditional Margherita.
