Reb Bobby Pizza is a sweet little spot in Nusa Dua with plenty of Italian charm.

The Margherita looked great when it arrived. Puffy edges framed a golden top where grated cheese had melted evenly, with basil baked right into it. The crust was cooked through with a nice crispness on the bottom while still being chewy without feeling heavy. The sauce had a rich, sweet and salty flavour that worked well, though I found myself wishing for just a touch more of it. The cheese wasn’t the strongest in flavour but was spread generously and melted smoothly across the base, making each bite balanced.

All together it was a really tasty pizza — comforting, satisfying and carefully made. With a little more sauce and a bit of char it could be lifted even further.
